How does the Affiliate Program work?

We provide you with a smart link that connects your website to CSA's. From there, you or your clients can complete orders for CSA Travel Protection products fast and efficiently - 24 hours a day, 7 days a week.

Will I get a policy number and confirmation online?

Yes, at the end of the transaction you will receive the client's policy number and a confirmation notice will also be automatically emailed to your client.

How will I know when a policy is sold through my website?

Sales through your affiliation link will appear on your monthly commission statement.

How is my commission tracked?

CSA will create a customized link that will identify your agency when visitors purchase a plan through your site. A cookie is placed on your clients' hard drive that is used to assist us in identifying your agency as the referring agency for the 24-hour period following your client's visit to our website.

Do I have to sign an agreement with CSA to participate?

Yes, if you have not already signed a Participation Agreement with CSA please call 1-888-334-4456 or visit CSA's Agent Signup page. Clients who complete our Agent Signup process and do not have a Participation Agreement on file will be sent one prior to creation of the customized link.

Is there any charge to be a CSA Affiliate?

No, the program is free.

Do I need to be licensed to sell travel insurance to participate?

Yes. CSA has a dedicated licensing staff to assist you. For questions about licensing you may contact our Licensing Department.

Do clients need to purchase their travel through my agency in order to book the insurance through my link?

No, clients do not have to book their travel through your agency. Booking a CSA plan through your link is sufficient to receive credit.

Will CSA provide me with logos to display the insurance link?

Do I need to sell CSA exclusively to participate?

No, CSA does not require an exclusive travel insurance provider agreement to participate.
