Restrictions for Online Plan Modification

Below are the rules and restrictions for modifying a plan online. If you feel you have met all of these criteria and are still not able to make changes, please call our customer service department at (800) 873-9855 and we will be happy to help you.

  • Modifications must be made more than 7 days prior to trip departure
  • Plans cannot be modified more than a total of 2 times online
  • Potential premium adjustments require that the original payment be made by credit card
  • New travelers cannot replace named individuals associated with a plan
  • Plans must be active and paid in full
  • The trip length cannot be modified by more than 30 days
  • The plan cannot be applied to a different trip
